Sendria needs an internet connection and reaches DNS over HTTPS. Corporate networks, VPNs and content filters sometimes block dns.google or cloudflare-dns.com. Try another network and run the check again by pulling down to refresh.
The results differ from another DNS tool. DNS records are cached and propagate at different speeds across resolvers. After changing a record, wait for the TTL to expire and check again.
No DKIM record is found.
DKIM records live under a selector, for example google._domainkey.example.com. The selector cannot be discovered automatically in all cases. Enter the selector used by your mail provider on the DKIM screen.
My mail server IP is on a blocklist. Sendria only reports the listing. Delisting is requested through the blocklist operator's own website. Fix the underlying cause first, otherwise the address will be listed again.
The suggested DNS records break my mail. The suggestions are generic templates. Review them against your actual sending infrastructure, and roll out changes such as a stricter SPF or DMARC policy gradually.
How do I delete my data? All data is stored on your device. Delete individual entries from the History screen, or delete the app to remove everything.
