Sendria ("the app") is an iOS tool for checking the email DNS configuration of a domain (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, DNSSEC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT, BIMI, reverse DNS and public blocklists).
Sendria has no accounts, no sign-in, no ads, no analytics and no tracking. We do not collect, store or receive any personal data on our servers, because the app has no servers of its own.
Everything the app saves stays on your device:
This data is stored locally using Apple's SwiftData and standard iOS preferences. It is not transmitted to us. Deleting the app removes all of it. Individual history entries can be deleted inside the app.
To perform a check, the app must query public DNS and web infrastructure. The domain you type, and hostnames and mail server IP addresses derived from it, are sent to:
dns.google) and Cloudflare DNS (cloudflare-dns.com) over DNS-over-HTTPS, to resolve DNS records.mta-sts.txt policy file from mta-sts.<domain>.These requests contain the queried domain or IP address and your network's IP address, as with any normal internet request. Their handling is governed by those providers' own privacy policies, not by ours. Sendria sends no identifiers, no device information and no personal data along with these requests.
When you export or share a report, the content is handed to the iOS share sheet and goes only to the destination you choose. Sendria does not upload it anywhere.
Sendria is a technical utility and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect data from anyone.
